What changes in the runoff for voters abroad?

In the runoff, on October 25, voters abroad choose only the president, on the same date as the rest of the country. Voters abroad do not vote for governor or senator.

This rule applies in either round, and the overseas vote follows the same calendar as the rest of the country. For up-to-date dates and rules, consult the TSE portal.

Since the runoff abroad covers only the presidential race, the ballot shows just the two names in the contest. Voters do not need to choose among candidates for other offices.
